Breakfast is served on the Portico overlooking the mountains and valley below or in the dining room by a cozy fire. We specialize in southwest dishes such as our unique blue corn pancakes. However, traditional dishes like eggs benedict, blueberry & pecan pancakes, quiche, etc., also come from our kitchen. We are able to accommodate special diet and vegetarian requests. Breakfast time is flexible.

The Colorado Springs area is an outdoorsman’s paradise with Pike’s Peak and the Garden of the Gods nearby. Hiking, fishing, cycling, picnicking, nature watching and much more are not far away. If you are a boating enthusiast, check out the many reservoirs with breathtaking views of mountains and terrain. Many do not allow power boats, but you can canoe, kayak or row as much as you like. Some also allow electric powered boats. Bodies of water with these restrictions include Crystal, North Catamount and South Catamount Reservoirs. If you prefer power boats, wakeboarding and water skiing then Rampart Reservoir may be for you. It is the largest lake in the area and allows boats with no restrictions after May 18th. Boat rentals are available at marinas in the area including craft with marine stereo systems and speakers, so you can listen to your favorite music while you ski!
